   a. Trainer in Technologies and its Application, in a "Training the Trainers" course for the managers of the Employment Offices of the Slovak Republic. The course was held in the Slovak Republic in the city of Povazka Bystrika.
6. 1990-1997 FUNDESCO.
   a. Coordinator of the TEN project (Tran-European Teleducational Network) inside the Telematics Programme (Education and Training Sector) of the D.G. XIII of the European Commission. This project was composed by a consortium of 15 partners of 8 European countries, and its main objective was the development of a virtual classroom among the different countries involved in the project using VSAT satellite technologies.
   b. Evaluation Responsable of the SAFETY-NET project inside the same programme. The main objective of this project was to train people working in companies with high risks (ports, trains, offshore exploitations, etc.) using new technologies to increase the security level of those works.
   c. European Projects Responsible in the Advance Training Department of FUNDESCO, working in the following projects inside the DELTA Programme of the European Commission.:
   i. DISCOURSE : development of a training material design and production computer environment, where the re-use of the materials was a priority. Our work in the project was the internal evaluation of all the developed tools and the environment.
   ii. COSYS: development of a collaborative/cooperative authoring environment. Our work in the project was the development of learning materials (a multimedia ISDN course) and the evaluation of some of the tools developed.
   iii. ECOLE: evolution of the EPOS project, in collaboration with Telefónica, which has become the present "Globaltech" system.
   d. Elaboration of proposals for the TELEMATICS Programme, also coordinated by the European Commission (IVth Framework Programme 1994-1998).
   e. Technic (multimedia training courses, mainly in Windows environments) and some R+D work in the DELTA Programme (Research and Development programme of the European Commission coordinated by the D.G. XIII) in the TAF department of FUNDESCO, working, mainly, in the Communications task of the EPOS project, in collaboration with Telefónica. EPOS objective was to develop a telematic tele-education environment.
7. 1989-1991 FYCSA
   a. Trainer in the Technology Center of the Community of Madrid (CETICAM) teaching Unix, C, Oracle, Pascal y dBase in the "Analists Courses" of the Community of Madrid.
